Training
Preshita Veda Pathasala (AP)Though a native missionary comes from a church discipline, still he needs training to equip himself as a pioneer missionary. All our missionaries first worked in the church evangelistic activities and prove themselves as men of God who are called for the full time ministry. We used to do one month training on effectively communicating the Gospel, but later we thought of giving them some standered theological education to be efficient in handling the church teaching. So we designed a program which is on field training.
We adopted a curriculum of BTCP in Telugu language. Missionaries with limited educational qualification, they can not go to theological institutions for their training. So we as indigenous missions have to take up the challenge of training the real heroes for the extension of His Kingdom.
